The easiest way to order is by Email (you may also mail your order to us, or even call us and place your order by phone). To order by Email or U.S. Mail, just send us a list of the information you'd like on the name badges, along with your mailing address. Most people type the names into the Email, but you can also attach a word processing document or a spreadsheet.
If you'd like your chapter name on the name badges, be sure to include it. If you'd like the same chapter name on all the name badges, you need list the chapter name only once. Please put your chapter name in quotation marks (we won't put the quotation marks on the name badges).
Please put one name per line, with any titles or special requests on the same line as the name. Place a "|" to indicate the end of a line and put special requests or information in parenthesis. Here's an example:

Payment Options
If you'd like to pay online, we'll be happy to accept a credit card payment or PayPal (please do not send credit card numbers through Email). We'll Email an invoice to you after we receive your order and you can use whichever payment option you prefer.

About Delivery Times
Our "official" quoted lead time for name badges is 2 to 3 weeks. In most cases, however, we ship within a week of receipt of an order. However, if you need your name badges sooner, please call Brenton Basinger at Toll Free 866-937.-4287. We can normally make and ship the name tags much quicker. Depending on the quantity, type of artwork, and availability of parts, we can often ship name tags the day after receiving an order. And, if the order is placed early enough, same-day shipment of less than 100 pieces is sometimes possible.
